3 out of 4 Students Reported that Remote Counseling is Necessary to Manage their Mental Wellness. 

There’s no question that our mental health has been impacted by the events of 2020. So how are college students managing their mental well-being? 

META Teletherapy, a remote counseling platform for higher education institutions and K-12 school districts, released a survey to college students to learn how they’re managing their mental and emotional wellness.

  • 1 in 3 students use counseling with licensed therapists
  • 63% of students at schools with remote counseling are currently using teletherapy or plan to
  • 74% acknowledge that remote counseling is necessary to manage their mental wellness
