META is a mobile app that delivers easy access to private and confidential counseling services - when and how you want.

The META app includes:

Access to available counselors accepting new clients
"Buzz" video and articles
Completely private interactions

Even if you don't need help today, download the app so it's available in case you need to talk to someone.

How to Get META:

Download the app: Scan the QR code below or search "META Teletherapy & Wellness" in your mobile device's app store to download the app
Review the Privacy Policy: Click "Sign Up," and agree to the policies and terms of use
Set up your Profile: After verifying your phone number, complete your profile. Be sure to include your address.

Under "My Profile" include "Heico - 'your company' " as your Company and enter your employee ID:

That's it! From there you and your family can explore the app, read Buzz articles, and search for providers.
